We operate in a specialist market where there is no liquidity around from banks. In the current fianacial mess that we are in you will be very lucky to get funding to buy these types of property investments. In fact it is virtually impossible. As well as properties that are occupied by sitting tenants we also invest in freehold ground rents. We can normally complete most of our transactions within a couple of weeks but we can also delay completion if you wish.

If we agree to buy your property we may be prepared to exchange contracts immediately provided you have all of the necessary paperwork. If the sale is of an urgent nature our solicitor may be prepared to attend the offices of your solicitors and exchange contracts there ahere and then. We are very familiar with these these types of transactions and can perform very quickly when necessary.
